ABOUT US:

Every immigrant seeking safety and shelter in America deserves justice in our immigration courts.

Psychological evaluations are often essential pieces of evidence to prove trauma in court. Yet few immigrants and refugees can afford them. We remove that barrier by providing high-quality, subsidized psychological evaluations to low-income immigrants who need them, thus roughly doubling the likelihood that their case will succeed.

Without this expert evaluation, immigrants are put at high risk for deportation and the devastating consequences that follow: families being permanently torn asunder; victims returning to the abuse and assault they fled; people in mental health crises being refused the refuge and services they need; and our society losing the rich economic and cultural contributions that immigrants bring.

Gifts to Immigration Psychology Access Team will directly help transform the lives of vulnerable individuals and families, providing a simple, impactful, and tangible way to help reunite families, help shattered lives to heal, and enrich American communities.
